Beautiful 5* hotel in front of the beach with all facilities, even a bowling and 5 swimming pools. Kids friendly and many activities organised. Great breakfast, comfy bedroom. Good staff at the restaurant and for cleaning. beautiful garden.

We took a room with a balcony, the room was large, spacious and clean. There were excellent breakfasts and dinners, every day a new cuisine, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of choice. If you plan to go somewhere for dinner, you can change dinner for lunch and go on an excursion in the afternoon.

Attention to detail. Good choices of food. Gardens beautiful to relax in. Didn't make use of pools but they looked amazing. Service by all the staff is excellent. Comfortable beds. Rooms and bathrooms luxurious.

The hotel was fantastic, boasting a beautifully maintained garden complete with artificial ponds and waterfalls that are home to turtles and fish—a delightful attraction for kids. The breakfast offerings were satisfying as well. While we did experience nightly visits from a parade of ants, it actually turned into a morning adventure for our two-year-old daughter, so it didn't bother us much. :)

The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

Huge hotel on the main barrosa beach Spa is amazing. And wasn’t busy at all when I went 5 pools and great for kids. Of all the hotels we have stayed in Chiclana this had the most facilities and was more kids friendly

Everything was excellent. Room was big and comfortable. The resort territory is very well maintained; there are several swimming pools. The property is very close to a big and beautiful beach. We were very satisfied with the breakfast.
