We took a room with a balcony, the room was large, spacious and clean. There were excellent breakfasts and dinners, every day a new cuisine, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of choice. If you plan to go somewhere for dinner, you can change dinner for lunch and go on an excursion in the afternoon.

Beautiful 5* hotel in front of the beach with all facilities, even a bowling and 5 swimming pools. Kids friendly and many activities organised. Great breakfast, comfy bedroom. Good staff at the restaurant and for cleaning. beautiful garden.

The hotel was fantastic, boasting a beautifully maintained garden complete with artificial ponds and waterfalls that are home to turtles and fish—a delightful attraction for kids. The breakfast offerings were satisfying as well. While we did experience nightly visits from a parade of ants, it actually turned into a morning adventure for our two-year-old daughter, so it didn't bother us much. :)

The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

Attention to detail. Good choices of food. Gardens beautiful to relax in. Didn't make use of pools but they looked amazing. Service by all the staff is excellent. Comfortable beds. Rooms and bathrooms luxurious.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Bringing us little gifts and assisting us in anyway we needed. We used the spa facilities and these were also amazing. Very relaxing with multiple steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi options. The food was also exceptional with there being a buffet style breakfast with multiple different options; sweet or savoury. There are great restaurants onsite too. The location is so close to the beach with yet another great restaurant and bar service. The whole trip was just amazing.
